Google Analytics

Hotjar
We use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and improve our service plus the associated experience. We use Kiyoh customer ratings to measure customer satisfaction. With an online order, your name, e-mail address and order number are automatically transmitted and an e-mail is sent to assess our service. Your name and e-mail address will not be resold or used for other purposes and will be stored encrypted after 30 days.
