Please take notice of the information below before you submit a return request.
For free returns in the Netherlands, please use the return form to our 'Antwoordnummer' attached with your order.
The free return label can only be requested for returns from and in Belgium. For all other countries, returns are at your own expense.
With this form you can request your free return label. After you have completed the application, you will receive an e-mail from DHL with your free return label within 1 working day.
Follow the steps below to return your order (Belgium only):
- Enter your details for a free return label
- The free return label is provided by DHL via e-mail.
- If you do not receive the e-mail from DHL, look at the spam folder in your mailbox.
- After receipt of the label you can immediately send your return via a DHL Parcelshop in Belgium
- Save the shipping receipt of your return.
