Nolten Giftcards
Nice to give or treat yourself. Nolten giftcards are only available in our stores. You can decide what amount you want to allocate to the giftcard. Nolten giftcards can be redeemed instore at the checkout of your purchase. You can redeem the code online by entering it at “redeem voucher” on the Shopping Bag page.
If you have redeemed a Nolten Giftcard and you return your store purchase, you will receive the amount of the giftcard on a new giftcard. If you return your online order, you will receive a digital gift voucher at the specified email address of your order with a new code.

I have redeemed my Nolten Extra points with my purchase and returned my purchase. What happens to my saved points?
If you return your store purchase to the store, your points will be credited back to your Nolten Extra account. If you return your online purchase, you will receive a digital gift voucher at the specified e-mail address of your order with a code that you can redeem online or instore.
Where can I find my personal Nolten Extra voucher?
If you have received a personal Nolten Extra voucher and it is still valid, log in to your account on our website. If you cannot log in (anymore) and your email address is recognized, request a password. You can find your voucher in your account under my vouchers. In our store, you enter your name, zip code and possibly your email address for your Nolten Extra account. Our employees instantly see whether a voucher is ready for you. Nolten Extra vouchers are valid once. A voucher will not be issued again for returns.
How can I redeem my personal voucher?
Your personal Nolten Extra voucher (if valid) will be redeemed in the store with your next purchase unless you decide not to exchange the voucher yet.
To redeem your personal voucher online, you must be logged in when ordering. If you do not remember your password, request a new password to log in. You can find your personal voucher on the payment page in the ordering process. Here you can select the voucher and redeem it with your purchase.
How can I redeem my discount code?
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can only be redeemed online. You can redeem the code by entering it in the Shopping Bag when ordering. There are various conditions attached to discount codes. It is possible that the discount code is only valid on selected items, a certain period or a special promotion.
Can I redeem multiple vouchers, discount codes and / or points with the same purchase?
Depending on the conditions, you can only redeem 1 gift voucher, discount code or voucher at a time with your purchase, possibly in combination with your saved points.
Personal Nolten Extra vouchers can be redeemed both online and instore together with your saved points. Online on the payment page when ordering and instore with your Nolten Extra account by providing your name, zip code and possibly your email address to our employees in advance at the checkout.
