In the measuring bow you will find the European sizes and the minimum / maximum size of your foot size in cm. By measuring your foot you know which size you need in centimeters.

MEASURE LENGTH

- Stand with your heel against a wall.
- Measure from the heel to your longest toe.
- Read the measured foot length in centimeters.
- If you are in between two numbers, choose the largest, as your feet expand slightly under high loads.

MEASURE WIDTH

- Stand straight on the floor and place a tape measure under the ball of your foot.
- Measure the widest point from the inside edge to the outside edge.
- Read the measured foot width in centimeters.
If you are in between two numbers, choose the largest, as your feet expand slightly under high loads.

Birkenstock Madrid Big Buckle Vegan Canvas Narrow for women. The Madrid is the oldest member of the Birkenstock model family and therefore a true classic. Since the slipper was launched half a century ago as a 'gymnastics slipper', the purist slipper with one strap has become a fashionable accessory.

The vegan version of the Madrid is made from materials that are completely free from animal components. This has been confirmed by independent laboratories. The upper consists of pleasantly soft textile. The microfiber Birkenstock soft footbed provides extra comfort. The slipper has 1 Big Buckle metal buckle. Made in Germany.

The footbed contains an integrated latex foam cushion and the cork is extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak, is heat insulating and has very good cushioning properties.

The EVA outsole (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, particularly light, elastic plastic with excellent cushioning properties. This compensates for small irregularities in the floor and cushions every step gently while walking.

Delivery & Costs
Delivery in the Netherlands is possible to a home- or work address, PostNL service location or store pick-up in a Nolten store. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. During Sale, promotions and public holidays the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

The shipping of your order (NL, BE, DE, LU) is free from € 50. Pick up in our stores is always free. Check the delivery page for shipping costs to other countries.

Payments
All payments are made with a secure connection. You can pay with us using online banking through your own bank or with your credit card. Paying after receipt ofc your order is only available in the Netherlands.

Prices

Exchanges & Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the next day after receipt of your order. Returns within the Netherlands & Belgium are free. Free returns are uninsured and at your own risk. Returns from other countries are at your own expense. Orders in NL & BE can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color of the same price. If you want to exchange from other countries, you can return the received item and order a new item.

Refunds
After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
