Delivery & Costs
Delivery in the Netherlands is possible to a home- or work address, PostNL service location or store pick-up in a Nolten store. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. During Sale, promotions and public holidays the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
The shipping of your order (NL, BE, DE, LU) is free from € 50. Pick up in our stores is always free. Check the delivery page for shipping costs to other countries.
Payments
All payments are made with a secure connection. You can pay with us using online banking through your own bank or with your credit card. Paying after receipt ofc your order is only available in the Netherlands.
Prices
All prices on our website include 21% VAT. The prices listed on our website are equal to the prices in our stores.
Exchanges & Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the next day after receipt of your order. Returns within the Netherlands & Belgium are free. Free returns are uninsured and at your own risk. Returns from other countries are at your own expense. Orders in NL & BE can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color of the same price. If you want to exchange from other countries, you can return the received item and order a new item.
Refunds
After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
