FIT

Dr. Martens shoes are usually made to measure. Do you have an intermediate size? Then choose a size up.
The fit can vary per model. For example, the fit of a women's model can be narrower than a unisex / men's style, even in the same size.

If you go up a size, it is mainly the length of the shoe, not the width.
The sizes are indicated on the tongue of shoes and on the ankle strap of most sandals. Made in England styles show UK size instead of US size.

MEASURE FEET

- Get a pen or pencil and a ruler. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall.
- Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the longest part of the foot, if necessary use a ruler for a straight line. Note: your big toe is not always your longest toe.
- Repeat this for the other foot as well. Assume the length of the largest foot.

Dr Martens 1460 leather lace up boot for women. The 1460 Virginia with the recognizable 8-eye DNA, Dr. Martens heel-loop and unique air-cushioned 100% PVC sole with grooved sides and yellow stitching. The Virginia is made of soft, fine grain leather, which has been treated to make the leather smooth and supple.

Delivery & Costs
Delivery in the Netherlands is possible to a home- or work address, PostNL service location or store pick-up in a Nolten store. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. During Sale, promotions and public holidays the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

The shipping of your order (NL, BE, DE, LU) is free from € 50. Pick up in our stores is always free. Check the delivery page for shipping costs to other countries.

Payments
All payments are made with a secure connection. You can pay with us using online banking through your own bank or with your credit card. Paying after receipt ofc your order is only available in the Netherlands.

Prices
All prices on our website include 21% VAT. The prices listed on our website are equal to the prices in our stores.

Exchanges & Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the next day after receipt of your order. Returns within the Netherlands & Belgium are free. Free returns are uninsured and at your own risk. Returns from other countries are at your own expense. Orders in NL & BE can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color of the same price. If you want to exchange from other countries, you can return the received item and order a new item.

Refunds
After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
