Washable
Remove the laces and insoles, put the shoes in a washing bag in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees. Select the cold delicate wash program and use normal detergent. Do not use a dryer, air dry, keep out of the sun.

Exchanges & Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the next day after receipt of your order. Returns within the Netherlands & Belgium are free. Free returns are uninsured and at your own risk. Returns from other countries are at your own expense. Orders in NL & BE can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color of the same price. If you want to exchange from other countries, you can return the received item and order a new item.

Refunds
After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
