Size advice

FIT

Sendra boots have regular size fit and are rather stiff in the beginning. Wear the boots briefly and regularly in the beginning to walk in smoothly. When putting the boots on in the beginning use plastic bags or wear smooth socks. After a while the boots will fit better and better, the insole will become supple and you will notice that the boots are very comfortable.

WHAT BELT SIZE DO I HAVE?

To determine the size of your Sendra belt, measure your waist or view the size of a belt you already own.

You can measure your waist by putting a tape measure around your waist at the height where you will wear the belt. You then subtract 5 cm from the size of your waist, then you have the correct size. For example, if you have a waist of 90 cm, order a belt of 85 cm.

MAINTENANCE

Sendra western boots feature a rubber sole a goodyear welted leather sole. The goodyear welted method is of high quality and lasts longer if the boots are maintained on time. It is most important not to damage the stitching of the sole and to replace the rubber heel in time. Choose a skilled shoemaker and always a leather sole when you maintain the boots. Leather soles have limited resistance to rain. Never let the boots dry near heating.

MEASURE FEET

- Get a pen or pencil and a ruler. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall.
- Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the longest part of the foot, if necessary use a ruler for a straight line. Note: your big toe is not always your longest toe.
- Repeat this for the other foot as well. Assume the length of the largest foot.

Sendra 2621 ladies western boot. This classic western boot has a stitched eagle on the shaft and stitched details on the blunt toe. The boot is decorated around the ankle with a band with studs, ring and Sendra logo on the heel. The boots have a Goodyear Welted method that ensures high quality and optimal fit. The shaft height is 30 cm.

Delivery in the Netherlands is possible to a home- or work address, PostNL service location or store pick-up in a Nolten store. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. During Sale, promotions and public holidays the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

If you want to exchange from other countries, you can return the received item and order a new item.

Refunds
After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
