Birkoflor® is a skin-friendly, tear-resistant, and easy-care synthetic material used exclusively by Birkenstock. The footbed features an integrated latex foam cushion, and the cork, extracted from the bark of the cork oak, is heat-insulating and offers excellent cushioning. The EVA outsole (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, exceptionally light, elastic synthetic with excellent cushioning properties. This smooths out minor unevenness in the floor and softly cushions every step as you walk.
