The return costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge with PostNL. If you choose a different delivery service, the costs will be at your own expense.
The return costs for other countries are always at your own expense.

You have 30 days from the next day after receipt to return your purchase.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. You can easily order a new item and return the current item. Register your return in advance. Click here to submit your return.

  • Enclose the return form, remove the old shipping label and close the shipping box.
  • You can deliver the package free of charge within the Netherlands to a PostNL point by showing the barcode that you received by email when registering your return. So you don't have to print anything.
  • Free returns of your order are uninsured and at your own risk. If you want to return your order insured, PostNL's regular rates or another shipping service apply and the costs are for your own account.
  • Always ask for shipping receipt at the servicepoint when you return your order.
  • After receiving your return, you will receive an email with a confirmation of receipt.

  • From other countries, the shipping costs are at your own expense. You can select a delivery service in the returns portal or choose a company yourself separate form the portal.
  • Place the address sticker over the original shipping label of the shipping box, enclose the return form and close the shipping box.
  • Deliver the package to a service point of the company you have chosen. Returning your order is at your own risk.
  • Always ask for a shipping receipt at the service point when you return your order.
  • After receiving your return, you will receive an email with a confirmation of receipt.

You can register the return of your online order via the online returns portal.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
  • Use a shipping box for returns. Shoe boxes or other packaging may not be covered with tape or a return sticker.
  • Items may be viewed and tried on. If the item is used, we can pass on the depreciation.
  • The cooling-off period for returning items is 30 days from the next day after receipt.
  • Nolten will charge shipping costs if an order is not received or not picked up at the pick-up location. This is subject to the shipping costs that PostNL charges to consumers.

You can exchange your store purchase for another item or return it within 7 days, unworn and in the original packaging. A store purchase on Sale can only be exchanged or you will receive a voucher of the purchase amount.

You can always return your online order for free in a Nolten Store. The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for your order. If you want to exchange, return the item and make a new purchase in the store.
