All prices shown on Nolten.nl and in our stores include VAT.

All prices in our online shop are always the same as the prices in our stores.

If you return your online order according to the return policy, we will refund the purchase amount to you. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items of  your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.

After receiving your return, you will automatically receive an email confirmation and we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. If you return all items of your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.

If you paid for an order using a Fashion Cheque or VVV gift card, the refund will always be made to the gift card and the other payment method. So, please always keep your gift card after you order.

If you return your store purchase within 7 days, you can exchange the item or receive a refund via your bank card. Always take your bank card and the purchase receipt or proof of payment (on your smartphone) with you.

A store purchase in the Sale can only be exchanged or you will receive a voucher.

Preferably pay digitally in our stores by paying with your bank- or credit card. In the stores we also accept Fashion Cheques, VVV Gift Vouchers, Apple Pay, cash and the Nolten Gift Card. Nolten vouchers can only be spent in stores.

If you want to pay online, you can do this with your bank via iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Riverty, Bancontact, Belfius and KBC/CBC. The Nolten Gift Card can only be redeemed in the Nolten stores.

If you pay for an order using a Fashion Cheque or VVV Giftcard, the refund will always be made to the gift card and the other payment method. So, please always keep your gift card after you order.

You can pay afterwards on Nolten.nl with Riverty (NL & BE only). You then have a payment obligation with Riverty. After completing your payment, you will receive an email with an order confirmation from Nolten and 1 week after the order date, an email with the invoice from Riverty. If you have accidentally entered your email address incorrectly, always contact Riverty Customer Service to ensure you receive your invoice by email.

Riverty carries out a data check during the payment to approve your post-payment request. Riverty applies a strict privacy policy as described in their privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for the payment with Riverty is not authorized, you can pay your order with another payment method.

With the Nolten Gift Card you can decide what amount you want to allocate to the Gift Card. Nice to receive or to give. The Nolten Gift Card is only available and redeemable in our stores.
