All prices shown on Nolten.nl and in our stores include VAT.
Almost all items of the Nolten's collection are available online. The collection in the stores differs per store. More information about the stores can be found on the Nolten Store page.
When you are on the detail page of the item in question, you can select the size and click on 'View Store Stock'. This way you can see where the item is currently available.
Some items wil be re-stocked or returned. Please visit our shop again to see if the item is available.
If you create an account with Nolten, you are immediately a member of Nolten Extra and you always provit from extra benefits online and in the stores with every purchase, such as: free shipping (NL & BE), earn points with every purchase and a 20% discount on all shoe care. You can order online with or without an account. If you order with an account, you become a Nolten Extra Member and provit from extra benefits with every purchase. More information about Nolten Extra can be found on the Nolten Extra FAQ page.
You can have orders delivered to your home- or work address, a PostNL point or Nolten store-pick-up. Payments are made via a secure connection with your own bank, credit card or afterwards (NL & BE).
Completed orders can not be adjusted. Canceling your order is only possible if your order is not yet being processed by the shipping department.
You can redeem your Nolten Gift Card in our stores when paying for your purchase. You can redeem the Gift Card online while ordering .
You can redeem the discount code online by entering the code while ordering.
You can view your points balance and personal vouchers in your Nolten Extra Account. Our employees can check this for you in our stores.
You can only redeem earned points and vouchers online if you are logged in with your Nolten Extra account. You can redeem them on the payment page when ordering. Our employees can check this for you in our stores when paying for your purchase.
Earned points are only visible and redeemable from 3,000 points (€ 7.50) and vouchers are only shown if they are valid.

Nolten focuses on consumers. Online orders and store purchases are processed as a consumer purchase. Customized invoices with a VAT number cannot be issued for purchases by companies. It is possible to place an order as a company. For special requests or to order larger quantities, please contact our customer care.
All items Nolten sells are sold in the original packaging. Even if the packaging is slightly damaged, so its always visible that the items are from the original brand.
Our shipping boxes are made of recycled cardboard with an adhesive strip in different sizes, so that the packaging fits the ordered items as closely as possible. We use paper tape and to protect the contents we sometimes use air cushions made of 50% recyclable plastic.
Our stores use paper bags and non-woven PPE bags that are made from 75% recycled material, can be reused for longer and are more biodegradable.
