Nolten Extra Loyalty Program


The program

1. These general terms and conditions apply to the entire Nolten Extra loyalty program to the acquisition of accounts and loyalty points (hereinafter referred to as 'the program') of Nolten. Each participation in the program leads to acceptance of the general terms and conditions and any rules of the program that may be further defined. Accounts and loyalty points, issued in whatever form, remain the property of Nolten.

Nolten reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and / or to change the general terms and conditions.

2. All participants in the program must be natural persons aged 16 or older.

3. Consumers can register for the program in any Nolten store or online via nolten.nl

4. Accounts, vouchers and loyalty points are strictly personal and can not be transferred, purchased or exchanged in any way.

5. Participants in the program must provide personal information and inform Nolten in the event of changes.

6. Personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Law and will not be made available to third parties. Nolten is not responsible for any loss of loyalty points or similar products such as vouchers as a result of incorrect personal data and reserves the right to deactivate accounts when the data is no longer correct.

7. The storage of personal data such as login name and password of the online account remains the responsibility of the participant in the program. Nolten can not be held responsible for any loss and accepts no liability for any reason whatsoever.

8. Nolten is authorized to refuse the participation, including the withdrawal or cancellation of an account, voucher and loyalty points - in any form whatsoever. In addition, Nolten is at all times authorized to remove a participant from the program on one of the following points:

I. Misuse or attempted abuse of the program.
II. Any violation or attempted violation of these Terms and Conditions and / or conditions that may be related to the program.
III. Any behavior that detracts from the program or Nolten. including but not limited to conduct relating to theft, misconduct, abusive, aggressive behavior or providing false or misleading information.

9. Participants are permitted to leave the program at any time. When leaving the program, saved points and vouchers will be lapsed.

10. Participants in the program can obtain the loyalty points or vouchers of a pasted away direct family member by means of a written request to the customer service with the account details of the deceased and after approval of the joint heirs.

11. The privacy of each participant is important. Nolten will therefore process personal information that the participant shares with us confidentially and will never share data to third parties for any marketing purposes. Nonetheless, we would like to use the provided information to inform the participant about our collection and services via e-mail or post and to improve the shopping experience at Nolten.

Saved points

12. The current value of 100 loyalty points is € 0.25 (twenty-five eurocents). Saved points can not be redeemed for cash, value and / or gift vouchers. Nolten reserves the right to change the number of points to be saved on products offered in the program.

13. Points can be saved when buying in Nolten stores and online at nolten.nl and nolten.be The amount of points to be saved is ten loyalty points for every fully spent euro, after deduction of any applied discount or costs. 14. To receive loyalty points, participants in the program must spend € 1.00 or more in one transaction on qualified products. Gift vouchers are excluded as items on which points can be saved and redeemed.

15. Participants of the program in our stores must at least provide their name, postal code, house number and if applicable, the e-mail address at the register to save points. Online participants must at least provide their name, postal code, house number and e-mail address. Participants of the program who have not provided this at the register (in store) or checkout (online), it is not possible to allocate the loyalty points at a later date.

16. Nolten reserves the right to (temporarily) exclude certain products from the program.

17. There is no limit to the number of points to be saved.

18. Nolten is at all times allowed to deduct loyalty points when products are returned, for whatever reason, purchased in a Nolten store or online and (part of) the purchase price is reimbursed. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange on (a) product (s) represents the same value in loyalty points.

19. Saved points have no value unless they have been converted to a discount on an item.

20. Nolten is not obliged to award loyalty points to any other than qualified transactions (see article 11. Certain products may (temporarily) be excluded from the program by Nolten).

21. Saved points will be awarded on the total amount of the purchased product, shipping or payment costs for online orders excluded.

22. Saved points expire after 2 years. This only applies to the part of the loyalty points that have not been redeemed within 2 years.

Redeem Points

23. There is no current minimum threshold for redemption of loyalty points.

24. The total number of points saved must be fully spent in one transaction. Spare change will not be returned. The loyalty points can be spent as a partial payment on (a) product (s) of a higher value, provided that the total amount is settled with another legal payment method.

25. If a product is not satisfactory, and has been (partially) purchased with loyalty points, the product can be returned if it complies with the return conditions. The corresponding number of loyalty points will be credited to the participant's account. In these circumstances, no money will be returned for saved points that have been spent. After all, the loyalty points can not be exchanged for money or monetary values.

General

26. The granted loyalty points in a transaction may be removed or canceled as soon as Nolten determines that these loyalty points have been collected in violation of the rules applicable to the program, including these general terms and conditions or an error. Any advice, communication or action that conflicts with the program or with these conditions by or on behalf of employees of Nolten does not create any rights for the participant.

28. These general conditions apply from 30 October 2017 and are managed and declared in accordance with Dutch legislation. Any dispute will be decided by a Dutch competent judge. Nolten reserves the right to change these general conditions at any time for regulatory, legal, business or policy reasons. Participants who continue to participate in the program after such a change indicate that they agree to the adjusted general terms and conditions.

29. The printed version of these terms and conditions may be dated. The most current general terms and conditions can always be found on the Nolten website or can be requested at the customer service via email.
