Birkoflor® is a skin-friendly, tear-resistant, and easy-to-maintain synthetic material used exclusively by Birkenstock. The footbed contains an integrated latex foam cushion, and the cork is extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak, is heat-insulating, and possesses excellent cushioning properties. The EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) outsole is a high-quality, particularly lightweight, elastic synthetic material with excellent cushioning properties. As a result, minor irregularities in the floor are compensated for, and every step is gently cushioned while walking.
