Floris van Bommel De Stijler 30356 24-01 classic lace-up shoe for men in H width (wide) in the color Dark Cognac. This lace-up shoe features fine stitching on the vamp. The sole is made of durable TPU material. The heel is divided by means of a dovetail joint into a cushioning TPU section and a luxurious leather section finished with 6 copper nails. The lining of the shoe is made of top-quality calf leather. The leather comes from a tannery in Chiampo, Vicenza, Italy. The shoe is stitched according to the Blake construction.

"On the bottom of the sole of this shoe I added a small drawing. It shows two shoes talking to each other. Or rather… One shoe says to the other: “So you’re a Floris van Bommel shoe?”. He talks by moving his sole at the front up and down like a lower jaw. The other shoe replies with: ‘Mpff, mpff’. And that is, of course, because it actually is a Floris van Bommel shoe! His sole is firmly attached. So he can’t talk. Anyway, the blank stares I’ve received so far in response to that little drawing were quite telling. Hence this explanation in advance. That way, if this ultimately turns out to be your choice, you can fully focus on the shoe itself. In the coming period I’m going to consider whether, when it comes to jokes, I might also need to say ‘mpff mpff’ a bit more often."
