What will you do?
As a sales employee at Nolten, you have an important hospitable role in our store. You provide a unique shopping experience, from a warm welcome upon arrival to a positive 'see you later' upon departure. You help our customers in a friendly manner, with attention and an engaging smile! You actively make contact with customers for a personal conversation and listen with genuine interest to their wishes and stories. You also ensure that the store looks neat and tidy. In addition, you contribute to a good atmosphere on the work floor by helping your colleagues.
Job Requirements
- You are hospitable and commercial: you like selling, with customer satisfaction as the most important starting point
- You are genuinely friendly: you make customers and colleagues happy
- You have strong communication skills: you make contact easily, are a good listener, ask questions and show genuine interest
- You are flexible: you can work a day in the weekend and enjoy working a little extra every now and then, for example in the evenings or in another branch

As the largest shoe store in 'The Mall', customers come to Nolten for the most beautiful fashion brands for women, men & kids.
Together with the diverse team, we work hard every day to provide customers with the best possible service and to present our products well. The store is open seven days a week and every evening. This allows for a lot of flexibility in hours and days. Ideal for when you want to earn some extra money in addition to your studies.
