What can I do with Nolten Extra?
With Nolten Extra you gather points for extra benefits with every purchase in our stores and online shop.

How can I participate in Nolten Extra?
If you want to gather or redeem points in our stores, provide your postcode, house number and email address with your purchase. Your loyalty points will automatically be added to your Nolten Extra account. If you want to save or redeem points on our online shop, log in to your account with every purchase.

How can I log in to my account?
With your e-mail address and password on our online shop. If you do not have a password yet, you can easily request one by using your email address.

Can I also participate in Nolten Extra without an e-mail address?
Without an email address you can only participate in our stores.

Am I already known as a customer?
If you previously made a online purchase you are known as a customer.

Do I need a loyalty card?
Nolten Extra works without a card.

How can I change my data?
By logging in to your account on our online shop or via an employee in one of our stores.

Where can I view my points balance?
By logging in to your account on our online shop or via an employee in one of our stores.

When will my points balance be updated?
It may take up to 48 hours before your points are updated in your account.

What can I do with my loyalty points?
You gather 10 points for every euro spent. From 3000 points (value € 7.50) you can redeem your points.

Do I also earn points if I buy a SALE item?
Yes, with Nolten EXTRA you save on every purchase, also during SALE.

Can I redeem my points during SALE?
Yes, from 3000 points you can always redeem your points.

Can I also redeem points I earned with the same purchase?
No, you can only redeem previously saved points of which the balance is at least 3.000 points.

Can I redeem part of my savings points?
If you have saved 3000 points or more, you can only redeem them at once.

If I exchange or return my purchase, what happens to my loyalty points?
Your loyalty points will be corrected or refunded to your Nolten Extra account.

If I exchange or return my purchase with redeemed points, what happens to my loyalty points?
Saved points from store purchases are credited back to your Nolten Extra account.
Saved points from online purchases will be refunded as a voucher, which will be sent to the email address of your Nolten Extra account. The voucher can be redeemed online or in one of our stores.

Do I earn points when I buy a Nolten Gift Card?
No, you do not save points when you buy a  Nolten gift card.

Do I earn points when I pay with a Nolten Gift Card?
Yes, when you buy with a Nolten Gift Card you gather points.

Can I transfer loyalty points?
You can not transfer your loyalty points to someone else.

Can I save points together?
You can save together by using one e-mail and home address (1 account).

Do I also earn points in the outlet or Nolten Stapeldagen?
No, you do not save any points in the outlet or at the Nolten Stapeldagen.

How do I get a discount on shoe care?
To receive a discount on shoe care, it is important to log in when you order and be a member of Nolten Extra. Your personal price is displayed on the detail page of the item.

What about my privacy?
