In addition to the Nolten General Terms and Conditions, the Nolten Giftcard Conditions apply to Giftcard issued by Albert Nolten Schoenen BV ("Nolten"). By using a Nolten Giftcard the Nolten Giftcard Conditions are accepted. The Nolten giftcard is only available in our stores.
- These terms and conditions apply to all Giftcards issued by Nolten - both electronic gift cards and printed gift vouchers. (collectively: "Giftcards") sold or issued by Nolten.
- Each Giftcard is provided with a unique code. The code is only issued once and must be carefully stored (code included). In case of theft (including abuse of the code by unauthorized third parties) or loss (including the (accidental) deletion of e-mails) no compensation will be made. Only original Giftcards and codes can be used and must be provided to Nolten on request. Nolten reserves the right to accept a Giftcard only after receipt of the original Giftcard (in case of electronic Giftcard the e-mail sent by Nolten in which the code is included) and in case of abuse to demand a payment.
- To use a Giftcard, a selected item must be added in the shopping bag. On the shopping bag page, the unique code can be entered at "redeem voucher".
- If an expiry date applies, it will be displayed on the Giftcard or in the e-mail in which the code is included. The Giftcard is no longer valid after the expiry date.
- Gift cards issued by Nolten can only be exchanged for purchases via Nolten stores and the Nolten online shop.
- The Giftcard can be used to purchase items and additional costs such as shipping or payment costs.
- Gift cards can not be used for completed or pending orders.
- Gift cards or their residual value are not exchangeable for money.
- If the total amount of the order exceeds the value of the Giftcard, the difference must be paid by one other payment method.
- Returned purchases that are (partly) paid with a Giftcard, no money is refunded but again a Giftcard or voucher is issued.
- It is not allowed to change, falsify, undermine or otherwise affect Giftcards or their functioning (including hacking).
- Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized action will be recorded and will result in the use of Giftcards being denied.
- It is not allowed to use Giftcards in any way for commercial purposes and / or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
- These Gift Card Terms may be changed from time to time. The latest version of the conditions can be consulted here. If the Giftcard is used after the change has been made, the amended Giftcard conditions will be accepted.
- A maximum of one Gift Card or one voucher per order can be redeemed.
- Nolten Extra points are provided to those who redeem the Giftcard.
