In 1981, the Silver Shadow was worn by recruits in the German and British Armed Forces (MOD). HI-TEC®'s functional Rollin Gait System (RGS) was developed in 2011 by Vibram in collaboration with the HI-TEC® product team. The Vibram Rollin Gait System sole unit features an innovative midsole and outsole combination that supports the foot's natural movement to reduce muscle fatigue.
